Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who holds an M.A. in Education and a moderate/severe education specialist credential. After teaching for ten years at a school for individuals with autism, she started her own private practice as an educational and behavioral consultant. She has consulted with numerous school districts, ABA companies, and private organizations to develop individualized trainings, and has helped individual families bridge the gap between home and school services. She has overseen the ABA-based components of the client’s program since its inception in 2016.

Cameron Pierre

CPierre@novahomesupport.comCameron Pierre is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Cameron has provided ABA services for clients of all ages, from early intervention all the way to post-secondary; and in a number of different settings including home, clinic, and school. Cameron also has extensive experience working with clients in the community, and supporting individuals with high behavioral support needs.
Cameron believes in the importance of disseminating the science of ABA, and that ABA services should be fun, person-centered, and maintain the dignity and the autonomy of the client.

Antonia has been an invaluable member of our team since the inception of the program, demonstrating remarkable dedication and growth throughout her tenure.
Antonia began her journey with us in a direct support professional role, where she quickly proved her commitment and skills. Her talent and hard work led to obtaining an RBT credential and advancing to the Behavioral Strategies Trainer (BST) position. Following that, she took on the crucial role of Team Lead, showcasing her leadership abilities, and has now deservedly earned a position on our management team as Program Facilitator. Her progression through these various roles speaks volumes about her dedication and understanding of our program's core functions.
Antonia is deeply committed to service and believes that the greatest reward in life is the opportunity to give back and care for others.
